1 rolo de massa folhada de compra<br />

1 lata de leite condensado (397 gr)<br />
Raspa de limão q.b.<br />

Açúcar e canela para polvilhar q.b.<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
Pré aqueça o forno a 170ºC. <br />
Desenrole a massa folhada e juntamente com o papel vegetal forre uma tarteira de fundo amovível. Apare os bordos e pique o fundo com um garfo. Reserve.<br />
Numa tigela, deite o leite condensado, as natas e os ovos e bata bem. Adicione raspa de limão a gosto e bata mais um pouco.<br />
Verta o preparado anterior na tarteira e polvilhe com a amêndoa.<br />
Leve ao forno a cozer aproximadamente 25 minutos ou até que fique douradinha e firme.<br />
Retire do forno, polvilhe com açúcar e canela e deixe arrefecer dentro da tarteira.<br />
Na hora de servir, desenforme, retire com cuidado o papel vegetal e sirva. </div>

Como não havia foto do interior do pudim optei por arriscar e fi-lo ao meu gosto.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Eis como ficou....</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Ingredientes:</b><br />4 ovos </div><div style="text-align: justify;">1 lata de leite condensado (397 gr)</div><div style="text-align: justify;">200 gr de Nestum com mel </div><div style="text-align: justify;">2 latas de leite meio gordo (medida da lata do leite condensado)</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Caramelo líquido de compra q.b.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Preparação:</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Pré aqueça o forno a 180ºC</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Numa taça coloque os ovos, o leite condensado e bata com um fouet/vara de arames. Adicione o leite e mexa bem. Por fim adicione o Nestum com Mel e volte a envolver bem. Adicione o tomate sem pele e cortado em pedacinhos e o pimento cortado em pedaços também. Deixe uns minutos a refogar mexendo de vez em quando. Junte o vinho e quando recomeçar a ferver retire do lume e passe tudo com a varinha mágica de forma a ficar um molho liso e sem grumos.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Leve o tacho novamente ao lume e quando ferver novamente, adicione o louro, a salsa e o miolo de camarão. Deixe cozinhar uns minutos.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Acrescente água suficiente para cozinhar o arroz e assim que ferver, adicione os lombinhos e o arroz e deixe cozinhar em lume brando, tendo o cuidado de mexer de vez em quando. Unte uma forma de buraco com caramelo líquido de compra e reserve.<br />
No liquidificador coloque os ovos, o leite condensado, o leite meio gordo, as natas e as bolachas tipo Maria partida em pedaços. Triture tudo até ficar uma mistura homogenea.<br />
Verta o preparado na forma caramelizada, coloque a forma dentro de um tabuleiro com água quente e leve a cozer no forno em banho-maria aproximadamente 45 minutos.<br />
Retire do forno, deixe arrefecer um pouco e desenforme.<br />
Leve ao frigorífico para ficar fresquinho.<br />
Na hora de servir, sirva simples ou decorado a gosto com bolacha Maria.</div>

Descongele os tentáculos de pota. </div>

Passe os tentáculos por água fria, coloque-os num tacho, junte a cebola descascada inteira, louro, pimenta, um pouco de água e leve ao lume a cozer até conseguir espetar o garfo. </div>

Entretanto lave bem as batatinhas com pele. Leve ao lume a cozer em água temperada com sal. Depois de cozidas escorra a água.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Depois das potas cozidas, escorra a água e coloque-as num travessa de pyrex de ir ao forno. Disponha as batatinhas cozidas e ligeiramente "esmurradas". Salpique com o alho laminado, regue generosamente com azeite e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200ºC até ficar com a tonalidade desejada.</div>

Pré aqueça o forno a 180º.</div>

Coloque a massa quebrada numa tarteira de fundo amovível juntamente com o papel vegetal em que a mesma vem enrolada (desta forma não é necessário untar nem polvilhar a tarteira). Depois da massa "moldada" à tarteira, pique com um garfo todo o fundo da massa. Apare a mesma de forma a ficar mais apresentável. Reserve.</div>

Numa tigela bata bem com a vara de arames, os ovos com o açúcar. Adicione o leite condensado e o leite meio gordo e volte a bater.</div>

Numa tigela pequena, dissolva a canela e a farinha maisena no leite morno de forma a não ficar com grumos. Junte ao preparado anterior e incorpore tudo com a varinha mágica durante um minuto.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Deite o preparado na tarteira e leve ao forno a cozer durante 30 minutos. Geralmente a meio da cozedura coloco uma folha de papel de alumínio por cima da tarte de forma a que não fique demasiado "loira".</div>

Depois de cozida retire do forno e deixe arrefecer.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Desenforme a tarte, retire-lhe o papel vegetal e polvilhe-a com canela em pó e decore com os paus de canela.</div>

Aqueles que se podem aproveitar, congelo-os em caixinhas e depois à medida que vamos necessitando, é só descongelar, consumir ou reaproveitar. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Neste caso, depois de descongelar o bolo Rei, eliminei os pedaços grandes de fruta cristalizada que estavam no topo, cortei o bolo em fatias relativamente finas e resolvi fazer este doce.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Como o próprio bolo já é bastante doce devido à fruta cristalizada, optei por utilizar leite condensado magro...o que foi uma ótima ideia! Leve ao lume até a cebola ficar translúcida. Adicione o louro, a polpa de tomate, o sal, a pimenta, o pimentão doce, as lulas, o miolo de camarão, a cenoura, os cogumelos e um pouquinho de água e deixe cozer em lume brando. Ao longo deste processo, se começar a ficar seco, vá colocando água aos poucos.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Quando as lulas e o camarão estiverem quase cozidos, junte a agua necessária (para a massa). Quando recomeçar a ferver, adicione a massa linguine. Nesta fala em cinco pães, como não menciona o peso, resolvi pelo que vi no vídeo, fazer com 5 papo secos....
